If you're still building foundational technical skills or early in your career journey, we're not the right fit yet. We recommend getting several years of experience under your belt, then returning when you're ready to claim leadership positions.

Women who complete our programs become part of an informal network of vetted peers who coordinate advancement and support each other's success—without organizational overhead or membership requirements. Many women participate in Opportunity Attractor first to build their foundation, then engage executive coaching at critical career inflection points. Others start with executive coaching if they have an immediate need, then join group programming to build their peer network.

Depending on the program or gathering, our vetting process may include detailed applications, personal interviews, resume and social media review, and references or referrals from trusted sources.
